In the case of family membership one card will be issued unless extra cards requested.

Cards will only be issued after subscriptions are received.

Cards will be produced periodically as a run when a number of subscriptions are received. Lost cards will be replaced for free within reasonable time.

Non members are entitled to one walk (bird or bush) but on a second appearance will be asked to join.

Lapsed members will be reminded at a second appearance at a walk (bird or bush) that their membership is due for renewal.

Honorary Life Members will be issued cards as well.
